Booking Policy
At Grand Fortune Hotel Bangkok, we understood the situation on Covid-19 and our guest’s safety is our top priority. According to official announcements from The Royal Thai Government. All reservations are made via hotel website, reservation office, or directly with the hotels can be modified without any cancellation fees.

* Please note that the cancellation conditions do not apply to the rate with non-refundable. However, we are happy to modify the reservation without any modification fees. Please refer to terms and conditions of each rate for cancellations.
Staff Vaccination Information
As the situation, safety and health of our employee is always one of our primary concern and we would like to reassure that both our front and back of areas have perfectly well for health and safety so we can provide clean and safe environment during your stay in our hotel.
Our Grand Fortune ensure that all staff working in this hotel have been fully vaccinated according to government policies which includes daily safety measures such as all staff are required to check their temperature and undergo a health check before entering the hotel, Staff must wear masks while serving and are required to wash and sanitize hands regularly. Staff receive training for cleanliness and hygiene measures.
Travel Safety
The latest information on travel restrictions, obtained from Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). All foreign nationals must obtain a Certificate of Entry from the nearest Thai diplomatic before traveling. Authorities require testing negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours of travel. Any travellers entering Thailand via Bangkok are still required to undergo 14-day mandatory quarantine.
